The motel is situated on the main street of Holbrook on the eastern side at the northern end of the shopping/business area, opposite Holbrook Stores IGA Supermarket and the small submarine park and in between Elders Agents and the Hotel Holbrook and about 200 metres south of the full sized submarine display.
Holbrook is situated approximately 3 1/2 to 4 hours driving time north of Melbourne, and 5 1/2 to 6 hours driving time south of Sydney, and 3 hours from Canberra.
